*4.1 Number of credits equivalent to one year of full-time studies

Use the credit system at your home university. For example, if the total number of credits required for graduation is 128 and the programme duration is 4 years, the number of credits equivalent to one year of full-time studies is 32 credits.

This question is compulsory

ECTS Credits

For the below questions you must convert the credits into the ECTS credit scale. ECTS stands for the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System, where 60 ECTS credits corresponds to one full year of studies. If your home university does not offer an official conversion of your credits into ECTS credits, estimate the corresponding ECTS credits for each of your courses through the following formula:

ECTS credits for course Y = 60 x (credits for course Y at your home university) / ( Number of credits equivalent to one year of full-time studies).

Example: A course from an Indian university has 5 local credit points. The total number of credit points per year stated in the transcript is 32. Then the equivalent ECTS is 60*5/32 = 9.4 ECTS.

For your convenience, we provide a simple ECTS credits calculator (the link opens in a new window)

*4.7 Grounds for GPA calculation

Is there an official calculation of an overall grade point average (usually referred to as GPA or simply CGPA) at the certificate issued by your university?

Check: Your calculation should lead to a numeric value in the range [50...100]

4.9 Additional information concerning grading systems

If a significant amount of your credits (>10%) uses a different grading system than specifed above (for example if you have been on exchange studies or if your university has changed grading system during your bachelor studies), please specify university and number of credits that have not been included in the calculations done above.

5. Eligibility for the programme

Here, you supply information that is required to assess if you fulfill  the specific requirements for admission to the programme.

Instruction

In the questions below, we ask you to list courses corresponding to the different specific requirements.

Only list courses that are clearly relevant. For each course, provide the following 5 pieces of information: 1) course code, 2) course name, 3) the number of local credits of the course, 4) your local grade for the course, 5) the URL to the official English course description.

If the course descriptions are not available on-line, please instead upload copies at universityadmissions.se and leave the corresponding field empty.

If you are asked to convert your local credits to ECTS credits, we provide a simple ECTS credits calculator (the link opens in a new window)

You can list one, or up to three courses for each requirement, as needed to fulfill that requirement. More is not better; relevance to the specific requirement is important.
