Use a Computer: We highly recommend using a desktop or laptop. Tablets and phones work, but the layout is less convenient.
University Admissions Application Required: You must submit your application at universityadmissions.se before filling out this form. You will need the application number provided there to submit this summary sheet.
No Save Progress: You cannot save a partially filled form. If you reload the page, your progress will be lost. Look through all the questions first and gather your information before you start.
Required Fields: All compulsory questions are marked with an asterisk (*).
Programme Specific: This summary sheet is only for this specific programme. If you are applying to other KTH programmes that require a summary sheet, you must fill out their respective sheets separately.
PDF Copy: You will not receive a confirmation email. However, you can download a PDF copy of your responses immediately after submitting.
Making Changes: If you need to fix a mistake after submitting, simply fill out and submit the form again. Only your latest submission will be evaluated.
